"...And I promise you, nowhere is safe” is an album about the experience of growing up and living in Friuli; accepting what it means to live in a region characterized by closed-mindedness and trying to make the best of it: building something better, trying to change things, remembering the importance of community, social networks, and open-mindedness, a lesson that Friuli should have learned and remembered after the earthquake and the aid that came from all over Italy"
